SFT200

The SFT 200 is a multi-profile rollformer configured to produce profiles of 75mm, 89mm, 150mm and 200mm. Designed to replace multiple rollformers, the SFT 200 can produce wall and truss components from 75mm to 200mm, floor joists and purlins from 0.75 to 1.6 bmt.

A precision machine with punching tollerances with +/- 1 millimetre. Delivered complete with a 4 metre runout table, stacking platform and comprehensive spare parts inventory.

Profile sizes are adjusted from the control panel and can be changed in under two minutes enabling manufacturers to produce multiple profiles on the one machine saving time, cost and factory space.
