SFT150

SFT 150 has been developed to provide an affordable solution for steel frame manufacturers requiring a solution for 150mm steel wall framing to meet the environmental code for 7 Star insulation. The SFT 150 is an affordable single profile rollformer for manufacture of 150mm profile light gauge steel frames and trusses. Combines swaging with six punching hole stations including a service hole with flanged edge to eliminate the need for protective grommets. Production speed of up to 12 metres per minute subject to number of punches and swaging. A precision machine with punching tollerances with +/- 1 millimetre. Complete with a 4 metre runout table, stacking platform and comprehensive spare parts inventory.
